OS-specific: Linux [Adding support for the LinkSys WPC11 v2.5 under RedHat Linux 9]

After having just installed RedHat's latest & greatest on my (former) ThinkPad T20, I needed to configure a LinkSys WPC11 v2.5 on it. Here, on the Rosenthal & Rosenthal support knowledgebase, is my quick rundown of what you'll need to do to set up the card (hint: it's easy!).

A quick note about the support knowledgebase: This is a work in progress, and in its very early stages, at that. Currently, the article referenced here is the only publicly available technote. Eventually, the look & feel of the pages will (hopefully) mirror the Rosenthal & Rosenthal site, but meanwhile, comments are welcome!

To access the article, no login is required. Simply click on the link to the knowledgebase.

OS-specific: Linux [Palm & Linux Bluetooth]

Hmmm... Does this belong under the Linux topic or the Palm OS topic? Not sure, maybe both. From the page itself:

This HOWTO explains how to setup a blueooth equipped palmos device and a linux pc to
allow the palm to access the internet using the linux pc as a bluetooth gateway.

[Slashdot | Where To Find Linux 802.11g Support Resources?]

OS-specific: Linux [Slashdot | Where To Find Linux 802.11g Support Resources?]

This is an older Slashdot blog, but nonetheless pertinent, as the driver situation (particularly over at Broadcom) hasn't changed much since the opening of this topic, in March of 2003.
